Overnight Shipping Cost:
Perishables, such as caviar and smoked fish ship "Express" overnight at a flat rate cost of $30. This applies to all products and uses our exclusive Eco-Friendly packaging. Saturday delivery dates result in an additional $10 charge added to the standard fees, so enjoy our gourmet selection whenever you like.

Note: We cannot guarantee a delivery date of ground shipping, only a delivery range, the overnight shipping option however does ensure specific delivery dates. We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses

Local orders: Bay Area residents are always welcome to pick-up their orders at our Concord facility at no additional charge.  You can get more info by contacting us. 

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where an error has occurred on our part.
