KALUGA HYBRID
Kaluga Hybrid has a large grain size with a dark to light brown/gold color. It is dry and firm with a mild, rich and creamy flavor. This caviar is produced by Kaluga Queen, in the pristine waters of Thousand Island Lake. There the sturgeon enjoy a natural environment that aligns with our efforts and goals in sustainable farming. Kaluga Hybrid is best when used to top warm dishes such as seared scallops as it is much less delicate than white sturgeon or Russian sturgeon roe.
