Expertly farmed in Wilton, CA, our 6oz Tsar Nicoulai Smoked Sturgeon is prepared using a traditional artisanal method. Each batch is carefully triple smoked for 8-10 hours using only the finest ingredients: brown sugar, sea salt, and applewood sourced from our neighbor's farm. The result is a delectably firm and smoky sturgeon, made from sustainably raised, US white sturgeon and simple, natural ingredients.
