TOASTED BRIOCHE BITES WITH CREAM CHEESE AND SALMON ROE
Adapted from Ronis Recipes
INGREDIENTS
Brioche bread loaf, cut into cubes (about 8 pieces)
Approx. 4 oz softened cream cheese (mixed with lemon zest and juice if desired)
Plaza de Caviar Salmon Roe
Dill sprigs, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. Pan fry the brioche cubes in a neutral oil. Toast on each side, careful not to burn - they crisp fast. Allow to cool slightly
2. Using a piping bag, pipe cream cheese on top of each bite
3. Top with salmon roe and a dill sprig.
